Support levels, and what is supplied at each level:       

• Basic support
  • Dev time: 1 hour dev support a month (non-accumulating)
  • Monitoring: None
  • Website: Simple Website provided if needed (provided as-is)
  • Cost: $50 per month
  • Meant for: Small local businesses, startups, and other small organizations. _{Right to refuse service retained for any non-small businesses. Examples include: businesses attempting to start a subscription when: they have multiple business locations, companies with more than 100 employees, C Corporations, companies with net revenue greater than $5 million a year. Non-small businesses should contact Petersen Labs, LLC directly for custom pricing and service discussions. Further, if businesses need to increase their computing resources due to high traffic volume or similar reasons, continued performance is not guaranteed - system memory & storage upgrades are not included, but if needed, pricing options can be discussed on client request.}
